Provocative comedian Abie Philbin Bowman has created furores on his travels across the world. He returns to a Cork stage after playing the Granary Theatre in March.
In the finest comedy traditions, he mixes satire and taboo subjects to create his hilarious shows beginning with 'Jesus: The Guantanamo Years' back in 2006, which garnered huge media attention worldwide.

After a long hiatus, Ireland's favourite live band The Frames returned with a stomping gig at the Marquee on Saturday, kicking off a season that will include Bob Dylan, Elton John and pop sensations Jedward.
Playing classics like Seven Day Mile, God Bless Mom and Revelate, the band
proved why their live shows have sold out throughout Ireland for two decades.

Urban Rewind is the newest bar in Cork. Located in the historic wine vaults of The Mardyke Entertainment Complex, it opened its doors on Saturday, 30 March.
Based on The Fat Cats underground music and games bar in New York, Urban Rewind neatly combines a laid back bar with a place for playing simple yet retro social games between friends. A place where you want to play these games with a drink in one hand and where winning can be getting a phone number.
